want to stop yahoo alerts immediately?

yahoo will not allow me to stop yahoo alerts

how can i stop the nonsense

Go back to the usergroups preferences page. Change from alert to daily digest.

well, thats usually easy for me..
i had alert before, for harry potter and jude law,
then everyday at my email i got tons of these alerts,
and guess what, my boss saw that and smile meaningfully
he must think i was a freak.
anyway, perhaps its just your computer, or just temporary error.
