It sounds like it is your period coming. You're only a few days off from the normal day that it starts and it's pretty typical for the symptoms to start a few days before like that.
I don't think mine started hurting until a couple of weeks after I found out I was pregnant (after my missed period).
However...
I don't want to scare you but...
I took the morning after pill as well. It's 89% effective so there is always a slim chance you could get pregnant. If your bf wore a condom and you feel pretty confident that the wetness was you and not him AND you took the morning after pill you should be ok. But I won't lie and say there's no chance at all because I'm 18 weeks pregnant and I took the pill too. But we had unprotected sex.
The best thing you can do is to try not to over stress for the next few days because that can make your period late and panic you even further. Hopefully you will start on time, but if you don't go out and get an EPT pregnancy test (not generic, trust me getting the real one is worth the extra expense -I got a generic I ended up having to go back and getting a name brand anyway because the results on the generic gave me neither positive or negative). If you get a negative result on it, trust that it's right and try to relax. Make sure you test first thing in the morning as that is when your hormone levels are the highest.

I would say that it is your period. Usually (usually) the first sign of pregnancy is a missed period. So if you missed your period and your nipples hurt, then I would say you may be pregnent. But where your nipples hurt, I would have to say you are going to get your period. I would wait till September 26 to take a pregnency test to be sure. Good luck honey.

The Plan B starts your period which sloughs the uterus lining, making it impossible to have a fertilized egg plant itself there (getting pregnant and baby growing in belly). Your nipples may get sore whenever you start a cycle and you just noticed it this time due to the sensitive nature of things that have passed. You can always EPT your urine first pee, first thing in the morning of your next missed cycle, if you are in doubt. There are also additional contraceptives available at family planning centers that may work better fr you so that in the future, you don't have any scares until you are ready for them. (planned Parenthood, County sponsored Women's Health clinics) Hope this helps

It could be either but if you took the morning after pill them more then likely it is your period.
Not sure why people ask that type of question here. No one can tell you if you are pregnant or not. If you dont want to go to the doctors go and buy a home pregnancy test. My doctor told me they are as accurate as what they use.

Most likely it is impending menstruation, especially since you took the morning after pill, but I suppose anything is possible and you could be prego. If you do not start on time, make an appointment for a blood pregnancy test just to be sure.

Its probably because you're about to come on your period. Your nipples tend to feel somewhat sore a few days before your period....but if your still unsure maybe you should just take a pregnancy test.

When you are pregnant your whole breast hurts not your nipple. It is a different hurt than you usually feel with your period so if this is not something that you usually experience then I would get a test.

You are probably not pregnant, especially if you took the morning after pill. It stops that from happening. That's why they created it.

Just puberty. OOPS, no puberty then. You are so naive, you can't just ask that kinda question. No one can answer it exactly, I suggest you could visit a gynaecologist, yeah? She'll help you. But do it now and quick, or your tummy shall get bigger than usual.
