Not true.........You have Russia, Mexico, Nigeria. and Colombia not to mention Alaska. And they aren't Moslem and now you have the big find off the cost of Florida. Now it is very cheap to get a barrel of oil out of say Saudia Arabia (about 35 cents) as opposed to bigger bucks out of the North Sea.
