I figured most people would say an Indiana Jones movie, but isn't Harrison Ford too old now? And would it be right to see someone else as Indy after all these years (unlike the James Bond movies, which change actors on a regular basis)?

Anyone recall "Old Indy" from the Young Indiana Jones TV series?
He had a face scar and eyepatch and would introduce each episode telling part of his life story. The character was apparently unpopular and was dropped from the movie-length editing of the shows for future broadcasting and VHS.

I was always fascinated by this version of Indy, however. What was that final adventure that gave him the scars and perhaps give up adventures for telling his life stories?

I seriously hope we don't end up with son or daughter of Indy films, (where does one stop?) but would love to see a final adventure no matter how old the character is.

As for Jurassic Park, I'd be curious if they advanced it to the mammal age with saber-tooth's, mastodons and such, but I guess it wouldn't be "Jurassic" anymore. The dinosaur thing has been done to death.

Indiana Jones.
While the Jurassic Park movies are entertaining, Indiana Jones is on a whole different plane.
Besides, for fans of Jurassic Park, there are always the books that inspired the movie, by brilliant author Micheal Chrichton.
The only kink in the plan for a fourth Indiana Jones is the age of Harrison Ford - they'd need to do a switch of actors in order to perserve the canon. I think having an "Indiana Jones Can Still Be Amazing and Save the World at 65 Years Old" movie would cheapen the series.
I think I'd rather simply -have- a 4th Indiana Jones movie exist, rather than Spielberg making an entirely new one right now.

Indiana Jones.

You're right. He's too old. However, they COULD make a movie about Indiana Jones when he was a child/teen. They could even show Harrison Ford telling his grand kids the story about how he got into the business.

MIGHTY_SASHA. It doesn't just come down to being able to do stunts. Harrison Ford lacks vitality. He would look tired and out of place in the action scenes. He would look as bad as one of Clint Eastwood's lasts films where they insisted on portraying him as a tough guy and a hearthrob bedding 30 year olds... :(

Although Harrison Ford is a bit old for what we believe is Indiana Jones, I'd like to see a fourth movie made. I think they could work his age into the script... make him retired, but then have one heck of a motivator to get him going on another adventure. The stunts could still be fantastic... perhaps he'd make smarter moves against enemies... with age comes wisdom. As for Jurassic Park, I wouldn't mind another one... but they'd really have to think big... perhaps something like dinosaurs taking over the planet again!

I think I'd have to go with a 4th Jurassic Park movie. The Indiana Jone movies didn't really get me that much.... I'm surprised that they're actually going to make a fourth.

there is also a game coming out that ties into the movie.

another movie fact- if you were attentive, you could have found out that there were going to be 3 pirates of the caribbean movies at least 6 months before number 2 came out.

yet another movie fact- george lucas is going to come out with star wars episodes 7, 8, and 9. but don't get your hopes up. this is going to be in about 2018-2020. we are going to have to wait at least ten years before we see another Star Wars film.

Indiana Jones. No question. He hasn't made a sequel in a while, compared to jurassic park 2 and 3 which were terrible and fairly recent

If Harrison Ford is capable of doing the physical portions of the movie, and it's not too computerized, then I'm all for another Indiana Jones movie.

Dinosaurs... brought back... again... and again... and again... 'nuf said. Seen 'em, jumped when they cried out, left the theater.
