It appears that you might need to use a phrase instead a single word. Nonjudgmentalness and nonjudgmentality are not words, so I would stay clear of trying to create either of them, for it is best to avoid neologisms.

Perhaps, "the exercise of no judgment" might suffice. Can you provide the context in which you are trying to use the word?

Other words maybe:
indifference: http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/indifference
disinterestedness: http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=disinterestedness

fairness
open-mindedness

Hmmm. I don't think there is a word for non-judgmentalness. I agree with whoever said you're going to have to use a phrase instead of a word. Try one of these:

someone who is nonjudgmental
not opinionated or discriminatory
a fair and just personality
unbiased character
a person who does not jump to conclusions

This is a hard question, because we don't know how your poem is being written or in what context you need to use this word or phrase.

I would go with "not judging".
You might be able to get away with "nonjudgment".
Or think of a completely different synonym: tolerance, for example.

Open-minded, broad-minded, liberal, lenient, progressive, charitable. If you really are any of these things, keep up the good work.
