I hate the word, extraordinary.

If someone says you are extraordinary, does it mean you are extra ordinary, or what exactly?

pneumono­ultra­micro­scopic­silico­volcano­coniosis, supposedly the longest word in the English language. I hate it because who ever made it up just did it to try and make it the longest word.
