Cosmo girl, most are about 14-17, but there are some 23 + people that read it and write in. They must be in that in between stage. Too old for Comso Girl and not mature enough for Cosmopolitan.

I think it depends on the teen- but around 12-15 is a good age. It has gotten to be more for younger girls, but occasionally they have some mature articles.

If your a teenager, don't bother. Even though its supposed to appeal to that age range its actually more on the level of 12 or younger.

As in readers? I'd say late teens. Some of the material [and ads] are pretty racy or suited for sexually-active and mature teenagers/adults.
My advice - keep out of the hands of pre-teens and younger girls in general. I'd say 17 or 18 on up.

CosmoGirl is for ages 10-18... most issues are a bit on the mature side, though

about 13 to 18. I wish they had that when I was in my teens. I used to read Cosmopolitan, maybe a bit mature for a teenager but I read it anyways.
