dunno what country you're looking at, but if you would consider being based in the netherlands, i recommend looking up this uitzendbureau (job search agency) for expatriates called "undutchables"... i forgot its URL but I know that the domain is somewhere in www.xs4all.nl ... try googling that on advance search.
