Eric Swann, a former defensive lineman for the Cardinals in the mid '90s, is the only one I know for sure. He played at some junior college and never played high school ball.
I'm sure there are others; he's the only one of whom I know.

This was true of most of the first generation of "soccer style" field goal kickers in the late 1960's and early 1970's. Most had only played soccer and had never kicked a football until they got to college.

Chris Gamble only played football in college.

there's been plenty who's never played college football but now plays in the NFL. allstar TE antonio gates played college basketball, but never played college football. michael lewis from NO never played college ball either.
