You know on youtube people take a clip or the whole episode of a show or whatever and put their voice on it? I just wanted to know how that is done.

What you need:
A file of the clip or episode in the proper format (mpeg, avi, etc)
Windows Movie Maker or other such video editing program
A microphone
A sound recording program

It's probably a good idea to watch the clip a few times until you know exactly what's coming up so that you can synch the sound up with the lips moving, get ideas, etc., then record the sound file while you watch the clip.
Then, just open the clip in Movie Maker and follow the help files on how to A. turn the source file's audio track off and B. insert a new audio track. Insert the sound file that you recorded, and save the project as a video file and you're done.
