I wasn't sure where else to put this where I'd get a lot of women answering, so I'm sorry if this is the wrong section. Although I suppose it tackles some issues facing women.

I am half of a set of fraternal twin sisters. My parents were always very good about making sure we had our own identities -never referred to us as 'the twins', or one of us as 'the good twin', never dressed us the same, etc.- but that didn't stop us from having our own issues. Whatever one of us decided to do, the other one would do the opposite. So my sister wore only dresses and went hyper girly, and I wore only pants and went hyper tomboy to such an extreme that I got bodily thrown out of a museum bathroom. I realize that I have a very masculine personality and way of doing things; however now I'm 14 and getting a little interested in boys. Innocently.

What are some ways to become more feminine? I have plenty of confidence. I'm also 5'11 and 109 lb so I don't really have a chest...

My weight is natural; my doctors are fine with it. I have short hair, but it's a girly cut.
I also don't shave any part of my body, since I think it's pointless and stupid, and I'm not about to start.

Girly things scare me to death. I have all the twin issues to deal with as well, since my sister and I don't get along _at all_ and we share a small bedroom. We also live in an apartment so there's no way I could hide makeup even if I were ready for it.

I've also been told I'd be a real head-turner if I would just look like I don't have a Y chromosome in my DNA. I've been told I look like Audrey Hepburn and could look like Catherine Zeta-Jones, is that a good thing?

Oh, sweetie, you sound gorgeous to me. A little eyeliner will help a lot, and there are plenty of girlie styles that have an edge to them, so you don't have to feel overly frou-frou, or like you're portraying something you're not. Browse the online catalogue at Urban Outfitters to get some ideas...

Something else that works well is an eyelash curler and clear mascara. And you don't have to wear skintight clothes, but occasionally flattering your figure a little with something more formfitting will help you look less like a dude.

And plenty of very cool boys out there like tomboys. I grew up with a bunch, and am dating one! Best of luck, and remember... there is no "set" ideal of femininity. Find and embrace what works for you and, most importantly, feels true to who you are (and are becoming).

I knew a girl who was the exact same way.
The best way to slowly change is first start to wear a little mascara and put a few curls in your hair. Not too many! Just a few hear or there. If all you want to wear is pants thats fine, just add a cute small t-shirt. It don't matter about the boobs just make sure the t-shirt is pretty tight. If you want put a little clear gloss on and wala!

wear more pink and pastels, thats definitely more "girly".
Its alright, your breasts will come in their own good time.
Just be yourself and pursue the things that interest you, other than boys. The attraction of boys is normal too. But don't be too obvious, you don't want boys to think that you are "easy".
Take care and be safe

cheers!!
