I always dry my clothes on Low because I don't want them to shrink but it takes a long time. I want to know if they will shrink more if I dry them on regular

It depends on the clothes. All cotton or wool - yes, it makes a huge difference. Cotton blend (especially with spandex)? Yep, keep it on low. Synthetic material, like polyester? You run the risk of melting the fabric before you'd shrink it. Some woven cottons (I'm thinking denim jeans) are pre-shrunk and while they may shrink a little, they stretch back out with wearing.
Keep in mind to prevent shrinking clothes, you also need to use cooler water in the washing machine. Hot water will shrink them, too.

what i do is that i will dry my clothes on perm press for about 30 mins. then take them out of the dryer and hang dry them. once dried, i put the iron to them and it's all good.

yes they propably will shrink if you start to dry them on regular heat. i had that problem and my shirts shrunk.
