If a woman were to have sex a week to a week and a half before her next menstual cycle could she be pregnant even if she was on the pill and used a condom, and she had her next cycle, but the following cycle was unusually light, almost not even present?

sweetie it is possible but it is not likely if the condom didn't break and the person had not missed a pill but nothing is impossible best to got to the doc and have a pregnancy test done to be on the safe side.

Just sounds like regulation from the pill. You would have to do a pregnancy test or go to the Dr. I would not be concerned about it at this point unless you have had a mishap with unprotected sex.

anything is possible but most women are fertile between 10-14 days after the first day of her last period. Condoms are known to fail so is birth control but the two used together is rare to fail but can still happen.

If you used protection properly, probably not. Especially if you had your next cycle. But again if you are to worried, make an appointment with your OB doc. they will be able to assist you further.
