Poor Lorrane,

Yes honey I think you still have phlegm in your lungs and coughing is the best way to get it out. I would ask your pharmacist for the best "expectorant", which is a type of cough medicine. Also at night sleep on a couple of extra pillows. I had this problem which I think was brought on by stress of an ex-boyfriend several months ago. He is gone and so is the cough. I found myself a wonderful man a few months ago and haven't had the problem(s) since. Please feel better and keep yourself safe. It may be Bronchitis. Check out this website. I would tell you to go see a doctor, but I hate the wait!

You should see a doctor, you probably had a upper respiratory infection that has now travelled down further in your lungs, you may need antibiotics or your body might fight it off on it's own. Check your temperature and if it is high definately go to the doc, if the phlegm you are coughing up is loose and clear that is indicitive of clearing infection, but if it is cloudy, bloody or green you are probably getting worse......go to the doc.

Have you tried any over the counter cough med? They have a lot
to choose from.Ask the pharmacist they will be glad to help.I swear this will sound like it won't work but chicken soup does help as well.

Some of the bad effects of the head cold may still be lingering. Horrible huh? You might want to try Vitamin C chew ables or even some zinc long es to help boost your immune system.

Sounds like you may have some type of bronchial infection. I strongly suggest you get medical attention. You may already have pneumonia. I won't even justify an answer with the penis comment...

Are you a smoker? If so then that probably the cause but if not I would have it checked out to be safe.
