I used Nair (with Aloe) on my legs for the first time today thinking nothing of it because I've used hair remover creams before and they worked fine. My legs had a complete allergic reaction to the Nair and rashed up quickly. It burns terribly and I can't have the simplist thing like a pant leg touch them or the pain gets worse. Is there anything I can put on my legs to make them feel better??

Benadryl. You are experiencing a histamine reaction from the creme. Benadryl is an anti-histamine. I would buy it in creme form before taking it orally. But if the pill is the only kind you have follow directions and good luck, it will go away.

well that also happened to me with Nair~ it sucks~ but you can use aloe vera like some other people already mention, i tried veet and i had no allergic reactions...although i got tired of shaving, using creams so instead I'm going to wax tomorrow it lasts up to 4 weeks and people say it's worth the pain =)

Try putting baby oil or olive oil on them. That's what you use to take the sting out of your skin after using most nair products.

Bag Balm! It's an anteseptic ointment, but it won't burn at all. http://www.drugstore.com/search/search.asp?searchtype=1&trx=28198&trxp1=77626&ipp=20&srchtree=1&search=bag+balm

It's used on everything from diaper rash, to razor burn, chapped lips, foot treatments, etc... It's an amazing product!
