when you are in IE browser window go Tools>>Internet Options and go to the privacy tab and scroll the bar all the way down to accept all cookies. i think...

In order to enable cookies on your browser, assuming you use Internet Explorer, go to Tools (menu) -> Internet Options -> Privacy (tab) -> now move the slider bar up and down until it says Medium (for safety reasons) if you need all cookies for whatever reason, slide the bar all the way down to "Accept All Cookies"
After you select which level, press OK =)

At the top of the screen click on Tools. Then open Internet Options and select the Privacy tab and adjust the slider to your desired setting.
