Another fool gave it to him and that is how he parted with it in the first place. Of course then you wonder how that fool got that money...well this happened about a jillion times in a row, from fool to fool and the first fool found it on the ground where I dropped it, so if you run into that fool and he parts with it, please drop me a line.
