I, too, got it for $1.99 today in Columbus, Ohio. It was 2.09 two blocks away..luckily, I was close to empty so it was a satifying fill up for a change.
I looked on line as to what poster ahead said about 1.28 in Virginia and the lowest I saw online in Virginia was 2.23...which seems more in line...unless it is Chavez's gas program for the poor
