Really? I've been to churches too, back when I was trying to do things important to my wife to bring us closer together. One sermon, the message would be a basic life principle, like compassion. The next one would be diatribe against unbelievers or pagans or false gods or some other non-christian target.

Let's just take school prayer for just one example: Which prayers? Do you really think noone knows that it means christian prayers only? And all of a sudden christians are the victims because we won't let them keep prayer in public schools to indoctrinate everybody's children - including ours.

Well Sham, guess you missed the point. Any numbers are irrelevant. The primary promoters of official prayer in school are conservative christians, the intent is to endorse christian prayer only and to do so in the class or school-wide setting. That is forced compliance or at the very least intimidation and ostracizing of the non-christians. The point is that those CONSERVATIVES are whining about it. And, really, stereoptying all libs as paranoid, non or anti-religious? Then name-calling for answering your question? That's hardly open-minded.

Libs and atheists are a team? What kind of simpleton considers that valid? Non christians could care less about about christians if they would keep their simpleton opinions, superstitions and stupidity out of the non christians faces.

~Well, the next time you are in church thinking bad and evil christian thoughts like these about the "libs", bear in mind that the libs are the folks protecting your right to be in church in the first place while the bible thumping bigots are out there trying to take away your right to think, speak or worship in any manner contrary to theirs. A closed minded liberal. Unique concept. Duh. Goobleskeera bless you.

But you just made a generalization as well. Let's face it, none of us are 100% open-minded...that's what all of this brew-ha-ha should teach us...
