Where are your lymp nodes located? It depends on the area of your body. Your question can not be answered with out first knowing where exactly are these lymp nodes. You would need to seek advice from a qualified physician make an appointment ASAP.

I had this happen once (though I wasn't pregnant) and my doctor said it might be the sign of infection. He put me on antibiotics and said that if they remained swollen that he would have to "take a piece out" and have it biopsied. Well, the antibiotics worked and the infection went away.
Call your doctor and let he/she know what's going on?
