i'm always so nervous i'm going to leak in school...and i will be to scared to tell a teacher or anything. Does anyone ever feel like this? any stories?

that has happened to me, just use a tampon and a pad together. and change the tempon during recess, you'll be fine.

Yea I have the same fear. That's why I wear a lot of dark colors around that of the time of the month. Don't be scared to go to the nurse she won't say anything and teachers are pretty understanding. Always keep a sweat shirt with you to tie around your waste just to be on the safe side.

I feel like that also! I'm 14 and it so weirds me out thinking that if that happens I'll have to tell someone!!! My friend had to do that and she was FINE with it, I was like, WHAT?!?! How are you fine with it?!?! It totally freakes me out just thinking about having to go to the nurse and ask for a pad or tampon or something! I'm sure plenty of other people feel the same way!

yes b 4 i was at school wearing yellow pants and at the end of the day practicaly (at school ) i had a felling that i had period stains on my pants and i did and it was probaly on my pants 4 like the whole day and my shirt wasent long enough 2 cover my stain and the boy who i liked were in my classes it was so embarissing that day lolzs

Remember period is a natural thing and you shouldnt be ashamed by it..its predictable..to a point but just put in panty liners when you are close to that time of month and watch your body signs.(Cramps,headaches etc)
