i have sex alot but I last 1 minute 2 minutes and the second time isnt as exiting, this is very frustrating for me and my girl friend, please help!!!!!
is there a lotion or an ointment that might numb the sensation? i was thinking like that cream that numbs the teeth wen you have a tooth ache, can i use that?

I don't know about a lotion, but there is a gel, I think it's called "Maintain", or something along those lines, which you can apply before hand to the head of the...you know what...to numb it enough to make you last significantly longer while still feeling the same great feeling.

As far as using the tooth numbing medication I would not try it. Sex companies do sell numbing creams that are specifically made for this problem they range in price. I would check into this, also i have heard that Co_k Rings help with this

Not really see a doctor (if you can) I know people with this same problem and all the lotion in the world wont help. One pump chump syndrome does not go away with lotion. Sorry speedy good luck try beating beating your self off a few times a day. See if this increases your timing.

It takes some practice to get the timing right for endurance though.
Mainly, you need go get some practice. You usually have to stop moving when you feel that urge! After you get some more practice and know what to look for, you will be able to tell when you are getting close to orgasm and then be able to stall for a while. Good luck!

There is a cream available at the drugstore to desensitize the feeling in the penis. It should be in the condom section of the store.

Im the same way man..but i find it helps to masturbate in the morning before sex at night which prolongs the ejaculation. Find out what works best for you.
