Depends on how you feel overall. Swollen nodes can be a sign of Mono which is hard to diagnose since the symptoms can be minimal.

your glands are very sensitive to many things.

1. bateria
2. extreme weathers
3. tooth problems
4. touch

There could be many things causing the swelling, most likely bacterial thouh. If they hurt and are swollen up to the point that they are causing swallowing difficulties it is most likely glandular fever. See a doctor about it, the sooner the better. MOst likely he will prescribe you with some amoxycillin.

You might be geting a cold. Lymph nodes swell when they fight off viruses, don't overreact.

usually when they are swollen, it means that there could be something minor to something serious wrong. so go to your doc. and have it checked out. good luck

you might be coming down with a cold. or it might be an infection of somekind in the body, or other medical problems..You should contact your doctor if symptoms persist...Hope this helps...
