He needs to get into a storyline and gimick that will give him a big push. He needs to fued with someone who has won the title and win a good string of matches first. In addition to that, HE NEEDS TO GET SOME DAMN PERSONALITY. Have you listened to him on the mic? He's terrible. I can see him having a match for the title when he returns, but I can't see him winning it. It's the same concept with Lashley. He's got a great look and great in ring skills but he can't act his way out of a paper bag and because of that he won't win at No Mercy. Benjamin is said to return with a new gimick though so I do believe that he will win the title. In all honesty, I could see him winning the Royal Rumble and going on to Wrestlemania... eventually.

Shelton Benjamin is one of the best wrestlers they have, along with Carlito, Johnny Nitro and Jeff Hardy. Those guys actually have some energy & talent! The Mama thing was fun, but a little silly. I've heard Shelton's real mom looks like a model!

Shelton deserves a push. He has a load of talent and potential. Unfortunately he suffers from what I call the Chris Benoit disease. He can cut a good promo. Other than that give him the push. He sat through the whole bull **** Mama Benjamin storyline. Hell, if you want to beef up the tag team division, reunite the Worlds Greatest Tag Team.

This is the thing, if you give a guy a major push too early, you end up spoiling the superstar. Look at Orton, after he won the title, he became very arrogant. WWE doesnt want to risk that. I believe that he does deserve a major push, but not right now.

as you said---they gave a major push.he needs mic skills or something that makes the audience go crazy----good or bad.right now he gets no rise out of them.i like him ,maybe he can come out and help a well cheered(or booed) character , out of a jam!
