TNA - Monty Brown. Sting is a legend, but he has is not the same Sting that he once was. This is the same reason The Undertaker is not on this list. I love the look and persona of Monty Brown. His in ring skills are only beat out by his awsome mic skills and his ability to just draw a crowd.
ECW - Kevin Thorn. Yet another great persona that is just different without being embarassing. RVD is entertaining but I've seen it all before. Thorn is fresh and has just a sick set of moves that just look painful as hell.
Raw - Shawn Michaels. For his age, it is absolutley amazing that he has the quality in ring skills that he does. Other older wrestlers like The Undertaker, Flair, and Kane have lost their in ring skills that they were once known for. Michaels not only still has his in ring skills, but he is still amazingly entertaining on the mic (even with being a born again christian). As a little side note, Kane is the one wrestler on RAW that I have the most respect for. For the amount of hard work that he does, it is amazing to me that he has only held the belt for one day.
Smackdown - Ken Kennedy. I loved Batista from the second he joined Raw, but since his injury he has lost a lot of in ring skills. Kennedy is the mot entertaining wrestler on the mic. He also has a great set of moves topped off with one of the best new finishers to come into wrestleing (The JFK) since the F-5. It is just a shame that he joined wrestleing at such a late age.

smackdown sucks but The Undertaker and Bastista are the good wreslters
ecw sucks but I would have to go with the godfathers of ECW: Tommy Dreamer, Sabu, Sandman, RVD
TNA is the only organization worth watching: everyone
