This is a bit of a strange question, just be ready for a little bit of pain at any time of the year. I've had my ears pierced 6 times as well as my bellybutton[ once only] and I have never really had any problems. Good luck anyway!

may thru august is ear peircing season belly peircing season is august thru December and all other peircing share the rest of the year

yes there is. anytime from Jan 01 thru Dec 31. In other words, there is no better time. It is foolish to say humidity has anything to do with it.

No. You should be able to get your ears pierced at any time.

i'd say mid april, you don't want to do it in the winter, or in the summer in humid climates.
Dry climates....between june and august
