Well my sister is like that but i don't mad at all. I respect my sister because of who she is and how she associate with people. She's just doing what she loves. =D

You sound very young and this is common among siblings. She probably feels possessive or territorial about her friend and doesn't want you or anyone to 'mess' with her. This will get better as you both grow up.

You are being immature and possessive of your friend. Not a good way to be.
No, I would not get mad - my sister and I have had numerous mutual friends over the years. We both have "non-mutual" friends, too.
It is no big deal.
