Let's look at the ninja's options. He can hide and sneak attack the T-Rex. Even if he manages to fool the dinosaur's keen sense of smell (last I checked ninja's cannot magically hide their scent) he'd pounce at the beast and take a few well aimed, powerful swipes at it with his amazing sharp and deadly sword. The blade would inflict superficial damage at best against the scaly hide. The T-rex would then eat the ninja.
Unless the ninja ran, of course. In that case the T-rex would outrun him and still eat him.
Am I forgetting the special secret ninja weapons? Throwing stars, caltrops, chains with hooks on them, blow guns, smoke bombs and the like? All these weapons would have zero effect on T-rex.
How about the ninja's amazing speed and defensive skills. Ninja attempts to dodge the T-rex's bite, but not even the fastest man on earth could move fast enough to avoid that huge snapping jaw. And forget about blocking a thousand pound head with a 3 pound sword. Not going to happen.
In short, the ninja cannot actually harm the dinosaur. Nor can he effectively defend himself against such a huge and powerful creature.
I'd bet on a snowball's chance in hell before I put a nickle on the ninja.

The T-Rex would win. Why? Let's look at the tale of the tape.
Tyrannosaurus rex was up to 40 feet (12.4 m) long, about 15 to 20 feet (4.6 to 6 m) tall. The arms were only about 3 feet (1 m) long. Tyrannosaurus rex was roughly 5 to 7 tons in weight.

OK. The tyrannosaurus would totally kick the ninja's booty. The t rex has the size advantage, not to mention the teeth. The ninja would do some pathetic injuries and then he would get eaten.

Jesus would win by way of fact he would create some T-Rex nutrition out of no longer something. The T-Rex would eat lots and there'd be lots left over. Then the T-Rex's abdomen would burst and he would fall over and die. Jesus win.

are you being serious? What wheapons does the ninja get? he is going to need one LONG katana. I suppose there is a slight chance the nija would win but my money is definatly on thr ninja.
