I'll sound like a dinosaur now, but I remember all the hours I spent in the library, etc. I know the internet is a good source for info, but if you're just asking people to give you the answers, you're lazy.

Agree with them both. I know I was in the library every day after school and with study groups. They are too lazy to learn and earn their education, they think they can slide through school with this Yahoo Answers. Well after a while I don't think anyone will answer, and once you are in the real world and trying to get a job, you won't have a clue what to do. They will be lucky if they pass the SA T's. I do not help in ruining their education. It is so annoying.

Yes, the easiest answer would be because they are lazy. But not all those who ask are lazy, you have to imagine that you are in their situation as well. They may not have the appropriate resources, aka poor, or they may lack good teachers and parents to help them clarify any questions. However, for me, the easiest thing to differentiate those lazy from those willing to actually learn can be seen throught their question. If they don't clarify their own question and make it seem like they are actually trying to understand something, then those are the lazy people. People who actually want to learn will be able to type coherent and clear questions in a friendly manner.

I agree with Zephere. Atleast the are asking for something instead of just not doing. Atleast they will have the answer instead of not knowing. when i "help" I try to give the source maybe next time they will look directly to the source. My parents couldnt always help, we didnt have internet, and the library was 8 miles from my home.

Most of them are being lazy. But think about it, some of them probably dont have people there to help them, such as good parents. I think it is nice of many people to "help a brother out".

Well, if they'd had this when we were kids, wouldn't you at least have been tempted to give it a try? I certainly would have!
