A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise, named after Dr. Kegel who discovered the exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. To try and isolate these muscles trying stopping and starting the flow of urine.

I work on a Urology floor and we have both male and female patients do Kegel. It is said to increase a womans ability to "clamp down" during intercourse. Which in turn would make it feel tighter to the male.
Here is some clinical info:
Kegel exercises strengthen some of the muscles that control the flow of urine. Doctors often prescribe Kegel exercises for people who have bladder control problems (urinary incontinence).
Kegel exercises are also called pelvic floor exercises because they treat and prevent pelvic floor weakness. 1, 2 The pelvic floor is a "hammock" of muscles that hold the pelvic organs in place.
See an illustration of the pelvic floor muscles.
In women, Kegel exercises are helpful for those who have stress incontinence or uterine prolapse.
During pregnancy and delivery, the pelvic floor can become stretched and weakened, commonly causing urine control problems for months to years after childbirth. A weakened pelvic floor can also allow one or more pelvic organs to sag (uterine prolapse). If you are pregnant, start doing daily Kegels and continue them after having your baby.
In men, Kegel exercises are used to treat stress incontinence and urge incontinence, a need to urinate that is so strong that you cannot reach the toilet in time.
Performing Kegel exercises
* Kegel exercises are easy to do and can be done anywhere without anyone knowing.
* First, as you are sitting or lying down, try to contract the muscles you would use to stop urinating. You should feel your pelvic muscles squeezing your urethra and anus. If your stomach or buttocks muscles tighten, you are not exercising the right muscles.
* Once you've found the right way to contract the pelvic muscles, squeeze for 3 seconds and then relax for 3 seconds.
* Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times per session. Try to do this at least 3 times a day. Kegel exercises are only effective when done regularly. The more you exercise, the more likely it is that the exercises will help.
* Your doctor may want you to try doing your exercises with biofeedback to make sure you are doing them right. Biofeedback allows you to see, feel, or hear when an exercise is being performed correctly.

Pelvic muscle exercises. You squeeze the same muscles you use to stop the flow of urine for about 10-30 seconds or how ever long you can, then relax. Do that as much as you can, whenever you remember, or at least 10 reps of 10 squeezes a day. It helps from getting incontinence and helps you push during delivery. Also helps you squeeze your man tighter during sex. You can do any low impact exercise that doesn't involve lying flat on your back (after 16 weeks). Walking, gentle jogging, yoga, pilates, swimming, light free weights, you can still work your abs by sitting upright and contracting the ab muscles by pulling them towards your back and holding it for a few seconds at a time.

Explanation
The aim of Kegel exercises is to restore muscle tone and strength to the pubococcygeus muscles in order to prevent or reduce pelvic floor problems and to increase sexual gratification. Kegel exercises are said to be good for treating vaginal prolapse [1] and preventing uterine prolapse in women [2].
Kegel exercises may be beneficial in treating urinary incontinence in both men and women [3]. Kegel exercises are also known as pelvic floor exercises, or simply Kegels.
Although Dr. Arnold Kegel has contemporized and popularized this practice, it is by no means new. The Taoists of ancient China developed a number of different sexual practices to strengthen and tone these same muscles for health, longevity, sexual gratification, and spiritual development. Directly akin to the Kegel exercise is the Taoist practice of the Deer Exercise.

Benefits for women
Factors such as pregnancy, childbirth and being overweight often result in the weakening of pelvic muscles. Kegel exercises are useful in regaining pelvic floor muscle strength in such cases. Regular Kegel exercise can also increase sexual pleasure for females and their partners. After childbirth, practicing pelvic floor contractions during sexual intercourse with a male partner will allow the woman immediate feedback from her partner, who can tell her whether or not he can feel her muscles tightening around his penis. In this manner, a newly postpartum woman can retrain her pelvic floor muscles to their pre-pregnancy strength and tone.
[edit]
Benefits for men
Men can also use Kegel exercises. They are used to strengthen the pubococcygeal muscle, which may allow them to achieve orgasm without ejaculation and perhaps reach multiple climaxes during sexual activity [4]. In men this exercise lifts up the testicles, also strengthening the cremaster muscle as well as the anal sphincter. While women are able to add resistance to the exercise through isometrically gripping a hard object, or by compressing an object such as foam or a penis, there are no known techniques that would add resistance to male Kegel exercises. Some believe draping a towel over the shaft and lifting it does this, but any force possibly applied to the muscle in this way would be limited to the biological inheritibility of the penis' shaft to stay erect and resist bending, in a combination of blood flow ('hardness'), genetic construction, and tissue integrity. No serious scientific studies have been done into the 'bodybuilding' and strength-building of the member through this method, although a niche market definitely exists in the realm of penis enlargement, and various urban legends abound for (with groups dedicated to the propogation of) methods of strengthening and enlarging the penis through various methods of exercise and resistance.

Potential concerns
The pubococcygeal muscles are those used to stop the flow of urine during urination, and they may be easily identified in this way. However, after the muscle has been identified, practicing Kegel exercises during urination is not recommended, as this could lead to a urinary tract infection. Too much Kegel exercises all at once can also cause diarrhea.

kegel exercises are a system of contracting your pubococcygial muscles. They prevent leaking urine in older folks, tighten vagina, and increase sexual pleasure also.

Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?wyF4
A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.
He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Get some books and videos also until you both are experienced. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied
