I've read that babies have an innate sense to know when they are full and they will stop eating. I've been very careful to watch and listen to my daughter's cues. When she's full, she'll turn away from the bottle/spoon. It's especially hard to tell when you're breastfeeding if your baby is getting enough food. . .he might just be nursing for comfort or he might be hungry. As another reader mentioned. . .8-10 wet diapers a day is a good gauge. In one of the parenting magazines, I read 2.5oz per pound of body weight. In addition, those early check-ups with the pediatrician are best. . .if your baby is growing normally and gaining weight, he's probably getting enough to eat. If he's not, your pediatrician will let you know.

Only 2-4 ounces per serving (feeding) and then every 2-4 hours. My little guys ate at that point 3 ounces every 2-3 hours. As long as the baby is gaining weight, don't worry

Breast feeding should be on demand and for as long as your baby takes it. At 3 weeks, it should be between 6 - 8 times a day. I breast fed exclusively, so I can't help you out with the amounts in ounces.

When my son was 3 weeks he spent around 15 minutes on each breast. If I was pumping, he'd drink around 50-70cc/feeding.
