Hispanic is not a language first off. Hispanics tend to lean towards Spanish. I am a white, spanish-speaking-hispanic that celebrates the Latino culture. I am white because that's the pigment I was born in, Hispanic by the births and locations of my parents, and Latino by the way I was raised. I chose none of it really, and it does bring a lot of people together. Does it make much a difference, does it make us better? No. It's just a similarity that others can relate to, bring us together and something we have in common and can group up with.

Hispanic is not a language, it is a culture. Spanish and Portugese are probably the most common languages among the Latinos and Hispanics.
Latinos are natives of Latin America (ie South America).
Please go back to school.
Italians are not Hispanic.
Latino is a culture though.
White is a color, and it is also a word to describe Europeans and Americans whom have European ancestry, just like black people are called black. Not a big deal.

FYI, white is not a color. Hispanic is not a language. Latino is a native or inhabitant of Latin America.

I'm Italian and proud! Anyways, you can be latino and white or hispanic and white, it's not that you have to be one or another.

"...Please note, that whether or not you consider yourself hateful towards a certain group or not, participating in activities listed on the pyramid contribute to prejudice, discrimination, oppression (and can contribute to genocide...consider foreign policies and how they are part of a social institution rated on the macro level, remember they are tied to the micro level--you and I and what we tolerate, encourage, condem or condone. There are rarely neutral participants. As members of society, we are all active participants in local society, social politics, and even global politics.
Explore more than just page 12 of The Pyramid of Hate for a valuable lesson in the mechanics of Hate and suggestions of how you might help move society in another directions starting with your own actions. "

Remember, hispanic is a way of life. Especially with Shakira, who is one hot Colombian. I would do her if she was a color, a culture or just a sweet little piece of tail.
