Ask their doctor if it is safe to give them that if they are on antibiotics for the sinus infection. You don't want to overload them with medication.

When my children were young, I would often call the pharmacist for the dose of medication to give my child. You will need to know the child's weight.

Watch how your child reacts to the medication. Some children sleep with pseudoephedrine, and some children become more hyper. If it does either to extreme I would discontinue.

If this doesn't help the child within a day or two, or he starts running a high fever, or becomes sicker, then take him on to the Dr.

I know it is safe to give them, but your child's weight will decide what the dosage is. My daughter is 24 lbs and 13 months she gets .12 or pedia care infant drops and 1tsp of CHILDRENS Motrin(Not infants, it's more concentrated). I would still talk with your Dr to double check the doses.

NO! Too vagarious. What seems to be a sinus infection may actually be the result of an infection from the teething or something else. You are diagnosing when you should be taking your child to the doctor for examination. If you home treat what you think it is then you might be inadvertently ignoring what is really causing the infection.
