What will be punsihment for Bush for killings?

Bush killed three prisoners in Guantanamo Bay without trial and gave his heinous crime a color of suicide. He had said few days prior to the incidence that if the prisoners were released they could be a serious problem of USA (?). That could be indeed a problem for Bush as some of them might have narrated their stories of extreme abuse and torture. A simialr case occured in German jail where a Pakistani bright student doing PhD was killed in prison and his death was also declared a suicide. The German and Musharraf regime did not allow an idenpendent autopsy on the case and body was buried against the will of the parents. It is high time that Bush who has proven to be a leading Global terrorist abusing USA army and resources must be brought to justice. Otherwise entire USA will pay the price sooner or latter in one form or another. 1) Keeping people wihtout trials in Abu Gharib Jail and Guantanamo for years under wors tpossible conditions
2) Deceiving American people
3) Using USA army and reosurces for carrying out blunt and brute terrorism
4) Constantly lying
5) Converting WHite House into Hosue of white lies where evidences are created and la-Qaeeda is establisehd
6) strengthening terrorists throoughout the world e.g Israel, Blair, Altaf Hussain of Pakistan who drilled live persons with electric drills. Bush issued numeorus visas to American on recommendation of this grave terrorist who has been given protection by his poodle Blair and CIA and MI 5 is suing Altaf Hussain's MQM to create acts of terrorism in Pakistan and blame Islam and Muslims.
7) Knowing very well that 9/11 is not an act of Muslims and yet particiapating in spreading false propagenda against Islam and Muslims

1. Can you prove that the prisoners are entitled to a trial? The Guantanamo Bay prisoners are alleged to be un-uniformed enemy combatants subject to summary execution. If you can show that the prisoners were part of a uniformed national army, then they would be protected by the Geneva Convention with defined rights and killing them would be unlawful.
2. Can you prove that the prisoners were killed and did not commit suicide? All that you offer is an opinion. Evidence is needed.
3. Can you prove that Bush gave an order to kill three prisoners? Hypothetically, someone else in the chain of command could have given an order without Bush's knowledge or approval.
If you can prove all three points based on evidence rather than rhetoric, then yes, Bush should be held accountable. Take your case to the International Court of Justice at The Hague. http://www.icj-cij.org/icjwww/icjhome.htm

4. You suggest that all of the USA should pay the price for Bush. By the same flawed logic all Muslims should pay the price for Osama. Osama has admitted on camera to the 911 attacks that killed thousands. If you really believe in collective responsibility, then logically you should already be dead for the sins of Osama. This is not the case because reasonable people (including Bush) do not hold Muslims in general responsible for Osama's sins, they hold Osama responsible. Personally, I would rather see Osama tried by an Islamic court than a US court because this would give Muslims an opportunity to show the world the true nature of Islam.
5. Whatever its merits, the Guantanamo Bay prison would not exist without Osama. Therefore any blame directed at Bush for Guantanamo Bay should fall doubly on Osama. Perhaps your anger and frustration would be better focused on the guilty INDIVIDUALS, specifically Osama and his thugs.

I am very interested in obtaining the original source for your extremely inflammatory allegations. Do you really mean to say that President George W. Bush killed three prisoners in Guantanamo Bay? President Bush must be a truly amazing man. I think you should be very, very frightened. He is listening to your phone calls, reading your emails and Yahoo answers, and watching everything you do while he controls the weather (aiming hurricanes at only the poor, black residence of New Orleans), running terrorist camps and organizations around the world (Afghanistan, Iraq, Venezuela), murdering innocent men with his bare hands from several hundred miles away at a location he has not visited (Guantanamo), organizing and leading one world governments (along with the other Skull and Bones cronies), conspiring against white, female Democrat senators representing New York (and their husbands), killing nearly 3000 people in 4 locations several hundred miles away while talking to grade school children (creating the illusion that foreign, Islamic fascists flew planes into the World Trade Center Towers, the Pentagon and a field in Pennsylvania), running large construction and oil companies from the Oval Office (Exon, Haliburton), and reciting Bible verses. Chavez says he is the devil, I think to be able to do all this (especially the domestic spying on people as important as you must believe you are) he must be a god.
