It is possible to get your web page listed by Google, but it takes time since there are millions of websites asking to be indexed over a period of a month. However, there are things you can do to make it possible and work once listed on showing up on the results side.

You need to add meta tags to your relevant meta tags to your web page between the title and /head tag. It will tell both the user and Google what they will find on your website. I have listed a link in the source listing a link to a free generator one.

I forgot to mention to place meta tags on each web page you want indexed. It will help potential viewers see your web page.

Also, you will also need to take advantage of the free webmaster services on Google. They have some really neat tools including a site map feature that notifies Google when you update or add new content to your web page.

Have you tried to reinstall your browser? Have you scanned your computer ? Malwarebytes & Superantispyware are useful for this. Also does this happen with other web pages? Like youtube etc.

does the sitemap cover them all? is it ordered by importance? getting them indexed, is half the job... good info (especially in the meta tags) is most important.

pare down the generated map.
