Got an email of 2 songs from a friend and I dont have an mp3 player. I want to download to regular cd form.

Nero will burn mp3s as regular CD files.
Also, if you download winamp (free) you can play the mp3s on your computer speakers.

Download and save it to your PC or laptop in a folder. Then use Nero software or Windows Media Player burn(like transferring) it to your CD-R or CD-RW. Viola! You have the songs in your CD which you could play later. Make sure your CD-R is empty and you could burn more songs to it not just the two. The CD-RW could be re-written meaning it could be burnt a few more times. First time may be confusing but try a few times so best option get a CD-RW.
