Two songs by Bruce Springsteen have collided below. Which two?

Remove the lyrics from those two songs, and the words left behind can be rearranged to form the title of a third Springsteen song. What is it?

'It’s hard, 'cause I'm running on the bad side
And the kids round here look just like shadows
A saint walking pretty, rips this holy night
Kids flash guitars, but the sidewalk's bright
And I got my back to the wall, in the city…'

NB: This question format is used with kind permission of its inventor, 'spirit of radio', who posted a good Beatles one recently. Cheers!

and whats left is "It's Hard To Be A Saint In The City"

Yeah, some of the lyrics are from "Jungleland" and" Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out",but the other ones are not from'" It's Hard to be a Saint in the City'",I've got my Bruce Springsteen "SONGS' book right here and I've checked and double-checked the lyrics from "Saint",and those are not in it.
