There are companies who hire entry level. Generally they are the larger companies. Because smaller companies do not have as much money to invest in employee development. They need everyone to be efficienct as quickly as possible. So try finding the big companies in your field :-)
Good luck.

Its called working in the trenches. You need to look for the entry level positions. Yeah, they may not be all what yo expected with you degree (assuming you have one). However, you will get your foot in the door and the experience you need. Also, like I once heard, "its easier to find a job when you have a job"

it could help if you start out doing volonteer work, doing that many years' worth of work. I teach at a church at evenings, to Spanish speaking adults. That could help me out later if I want to be a teacher. Try something like that. If you are working now, then itll be harder, so fix it around your schedule. The harder you work, the more you'll receive in life!

if you know which field you like to enter, you do it by volunteering in that field while still in college, during vacations
