1. Subject of the verb answer
2. Predicate noun (you didn't list it as an option but that's what it is, when the verb is IS, the who or what is the predicate noun, NOT the direct object)
3.Both are direct objects of the verb call
4.Again this is a predicate noun
5. Object of the preposition to

K, lion looked it up and a subjective complement is a form of a predicate noun so there you have it! Now study it and learn it.

Wow, I'm an English teacher, and they never taught this in school until a few years ago (I had to learn it while teaching it, so I've only taught it once, a few years ago). If it makes you feel better, it's entirely useless info once you leave high school, unless you teach English...our educational system is so defunct. There are more practical things we should be teaching!!!!!
