When a Greek looks way more like a Turk than like a Swede or Brit?

No they are not races, they are ethnic groups, Greeks are Europeans mediterraneans, and Turkey Is the Gate of the Islamic Europe, Turkey is Europe and Asia, Turks are Arabs, Muslims and Christians.

yussef Turks are not Arab. Turks were center asian people but have migrated to Anatolia(Turkey) and mixed with Greeks culturally and geneticly. i think every Turk and Greek know that but this is not about races about feelings Greeks cant feel like a Turks. Turks cant feel like a Greek. but i know if i go to Greece noone cant understand im foreign also cultural because almost everything is same just Greeks say greek culture Turks say Turkish culture

They are both caucasian (most of them). However, some of them may like to consider themselves different races because of the difference in predominant religion and culture. Greeks are predominantly Christian and Turks are mostly Muslim, and there is some ill feeling between them, especially considering Turkey's genocide against ethnic Armenians (Christians) during the early 1900's.

Some are the same race, but because of Turkey's location at the crossroads between Europe and Asia, Turkey has a more racially varied population.

I am Greek and I can say it is because we were their slaves for 300 years.True Greeks are suppose to be light in complexion,hair and eyes.BECAUSE ,we lived with them alot of Greeks got some of their genes.
