SEC. They have Auburn #2 Florida #5 Georgia #9 LSU #10 Tennessee #15.
The ACC has some good teams, but from top to bottom the SEC is one of the most powerful conferences at this present moment.

A Wall Street Journal article gives you a comparison of SEC vs ACC in football in its September 16th issue. The SEC has won 37 and lost 28 of their football games against the ACC. This gives that conference a .569 winning percentage vs the ACC.

SEC Football.
ACC Basketball.
the SEC has been dominant in college football for some time but,
to catch up with the ACC in basketball is at best, several decades down the road.

SEC because up to 6 teams can be dominant (Florida, Auburn, LSU, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama)
ACC has Florida St., Miami, Virginia Tech. and Boston College. The rest of the teams are all bottom feeders.

SEC, no question. Better teams at the top, better teams in the middle, and better teams at the bottom. And fewer bottom feeders than the ACC (which has about 6).

Sighs, as much as it hurts me to say, the SEC is better than us. Heck, they are better than anyone this year.
