There is a product called Carbona Stain Devil #3 Ink and Crayon. They have different ones for different problems. My aunt got a terrible mark that exploded on her clothes and on her furniture. And it took her ink right out! You can get it at Joanne's fabric store, or look for it online.

hair spray then put some tissue on both sides of stain and tap it with a spoon,rinse out with cold water replace tissue and re spay with hair spray un till gone, take a long time, ...don't rub it or you will work ink into the fibers of the cloth.

use bleach
spray bleach directly on the stain fill up a bucket of water
put some more bleach and soap and leave the cloth in there for about 30 mins
