In the us only the C and E class have manuals. In Europe you can get any car with a manual. Mercedes wanted to keep its image up so all cars sent to the us are top of the line models.

Not many new Mercs are available with manuals. The C class has a 6-speed stick available though. The Mercedes automatics are very good (for an auto). If you really want a stickshift, consider another make.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say they all do. I've never seen a car that wasn't available in manual transmission. Automatic transmission is a feature that adds to the cost (albeit a common feature).
