I have a internal camera on my IMAC and it worked last night but two of my friends are trying to get it to open and it's not. What am I doing wrong? It keeps telling them that my webcam isnt available.

Well your first problem is that POS made by Apple. Get rid of it and get a real computer.

Did you check the cord maybe its unplugged. But if it's plugged in then try to restart your computer and then restart your webcam.
