because they dont have anything better to do. kill meanness with kindness the next time that happens smile and say god bless you smile and walk away when someone is trying to be mean it makes them so mad when you are nice to them plus you will feel good too your cousin will always be beautiful no matter what anyone says

This guy's remark was not worth answering. Some people hurt others because they are insecure, others simply because they don't know any better (ignorance) while others do it to get attention. I once heard "hurting people hurt people" and I believe this to be true. You can't change others, but you can make an effort to always practice kindness and compassion in your own life in order to set an example for others to follow. You might make a greater difference in this world than you imagined simply by being the caring person you seem to be.
