Yes, fight her! Not on school grounds, there you go. I would do that.
Girls are always drama, it appears. I honestly cannot see how insults and non-stop taunting can be ignored. To me, we are always sharing and showing our emotions through speech, which is composed by words. How can insults, which are words itself, be ignored?
I'm not sure, but here, you tell a teacher or counselor, what can be done? They talk with the trash-talker, and she later will laugh and mock at you with something probably like, "She can't even handle her own business, have to go tattle off to a teacher. Cry-baby."
Shut her up, just go throw a punch in her face. Or talk back at her. An insult for an insult. Don't feel inferior to her, let her know you're very capable of doing what she thinks you can't. She picks on you because she thinks you'll never be able to hurt her or stand up for yourself, which make you an easy target.
We all go through this. I had, too... Which can very much explain why I literally hate the idea of 'best friends'. Okay, so she's not your friend, but yea... apparently me throwing some fists at this one girl got her off my back. Didn't even dare to look at me after that.
Violence don't solve anything, yes. But hell, when it comes to these drama-bi*ches, you just have to be a little catty. Pull the hair, scratch the face, etc. I'm not sure about your parents, but my mom encourages me to go slap them silly. HEHE. We never deserve to be randomly bullied by anyone, let alone willingly let someone step all over you. No, no....

The reason she's teasing you is that she's not quite comfortable with herself. She's feeling unloved or unrespected and to her being mean is better than not having any connections with people.
She's probably said the same things over and over. Why? Because this is an area she feels safe in. She knows what to say and she can predict the outcome.
So what to do? There are more effective ways of stopping teasing than fighting. If you do fight her you'll just make an enemy and you can bet she won't stop after that. Mention the trouble to your teacher, parent, or someone you trust who can do something about the problem. If you'd rather not do that, calmly face this girl and just say "please stop, I'm not ugly and you're hurting my feelings when you say that."

When I was younger I was picked on and I also did some picking on of other people. Namely, a girlfriend and I tormented someone by telling her how ugly she was and how smelly and etc.
Adults always told you back then to "ignore" a tormentor. Well, it never worked when I ignored them, and it didn't work for the poor girl who tried (through tears) to ignore me.
So, I suggest telling her to knock it off. Literally say authoritatively, "Knock it off," loudly enough for others to hear.
If that doesn't work, and you aren't afraid of fighting, challenge her to a fight off campus. Believe me, she'll be too shocked and awed to take you up on it.
If she starts up again, say the "knock it off" again. Say it loud enough so that the teachers and others can hear that you are the one being bothered.
Good-Luck!

Laugh at her when she does this. Make her see that her acting like a baby does not affect you (even if it does, ACT!). She will absolutely keep picking on you until she realizes it doesn't affect you. If you feel you can't solve the problem on your own, get your parents or teachers involved. You shouldn't have to feel like that at school.

Ugh, I hate people like that. The good thing about being in college is that you don't have to put up with high school crap like that.
I wish I knew for sure what to tell you... but a punch in the teeth might be what she needs. I know, I know... bad answer...
Good luck to you, hon. It gets better.

Every time she says something mean - Point at her, slap her on the back like she's a great friend, and laugh really loudly - And say "Oh God, you're SOOOO funny, seriously!" have a great big smile on your face, and look her straight in the eye...

Ugh...........Catty Girls....AGAIN
Unfortunately you might have to get physical with her, even if it means suspension. Once you take action it will STOP! No one else will start either, because they know you won't take that crap. It all gets better in College! Im pullin for ya. Take Care

She feels bad about herself so she has to make herself feel better by making you feel bad. Just ignore her, kill her with kindness, and let her remarks go in one ear and out the other.
