My kids won't pick up mushrooms? If I put one by one they just run away? Any ideas?

Sometimes the kid cannot see the mushrooms (no reason) and sometimes the mushrooms are too rotten to be seen (it's going to disappear soon).

you have to drop the child directly on the mushroom, not next to it but right on top of it, if it starts to walk away pick it up and drop there again, until it picks it up

Perhaps you need to name your Kid.. Willy Nelson for him to pick up the mushrooms?
