Why do you need a four-step method? Volume = mass/density.

Volume = 2.03*10^-3 g / (9.133*10^-1 g/cm^3) = (2.03/9.13)*10^-2 cm^3.

2.03 * 10 ^ -3 g
----------------------
9.133 * 10-1 g/cm^3

= 0.00222 cm^3
= 2.22 * 10^(-3) cm^3
