we always see how many people watch different shows (50 million people watched the Superbowl), but how do they really know how many people watch a certain show on a given night?

Satellite:An example is a green dot comes on per person who is watching the channel even though thats not how it really is.

with satelite it is easier..i think because they can track it thtough the hook up
