from that list, I'd go with Aerosmith.

You know the "ladies" love the You're Beautiful song ("cry"?) by James Blunt, also "Yellow" by Coldplay. They aren't my cup of tea, but a lot of other females seem to love those tunes.

There's also that song by.... can't remember... it's a sort of metal type band but they sing one really pretty acoustic song and it goes "You don't have to say I love, coz I already know..." More Than Words, is it called?

Of the ones you have listed "I"ll Be". However, the lyrics of the Ben Folds song "The Luckiest". That song makes me cry every time.

I can't say as any of the above mentioned songs really do it for me. However, there is one song that does it every time....

"Old Hippie" by the Bellamy Brothers

It's not a sappy love song...but it is heartfelt.

I love 'Yellow' by Coldplay and 'Jesus Take the Wheel' by Carrie Underwood.

Um. Not the usual stuff I listen too, but it's 'heartfelt'.

from your list, i'd pick "i'll be" and "iris". but my all-time favorite is "hear you me," by jimmy eat world. i get chills when i listen to that. . . for some reason, i love "you'll be in my heart" from tarzan too.
also- not to sound cheesy or anything, but the star spangled banner gets me pretty choked up!
